- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We have been going to this clinic for a year now. Finally they give my son a throat culture after not only my son has been sick, but after I have strep throat 3 times. They get the results back in, and NEVER CALLED to tell me my child has strep throat. I had to check mychart for the results. At previous dr. Offices out of state, even with mychart, they would call you and let you know especially if there were positive test results. When asked if someone could call me, they said mychart is the only way they let people know once you start using it. I wish someone would have told me that was the ONLY way you get test results back.October 01, 2017by Heather Huffman
