  I'm writing this review because I received an email requesting me to. I will start off by saying in the past I would've had to give him five stars But I am no longer able to give a good rating. I haven't been to the dentist in a very long time because I have been unable to get an appointment which is even more disappointing because I have spent a lot of money getting things fixed which is probably now just a waste. I used to go every six months and at time more frequently to get where I needed to be. I had a scheduling conflict and when I tried to reschedule there was nothing available on any of my days off for the next month. You can request an appointment online which I thought was convenient since I'm usually working during their business hours and can't call. I tried this on at least two occasions giving multiple options for an appointment and was never contacted. Another concern is that they will no longer allow you to make future appointments. I had always gone to my appointment and then scheduled my next appointment for six months later when it's due. This kept me on track with going to the dentist. My wife went to an appointment a while back and when she went to the front desk to schedule her next appointment she was told "we no longer do that". So now rather than having your appointment scheduled and going about your life you have to keep track of when you should go back and call to make an appointment closer to the time it's due and hope you are able to get in. The staff was always nice and I loved my hygienist but as mentioned earlier I can't even remember the last time I went.
