- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Went in for a work related injury very frustrated with my job (had a lot of issues with workers comp) and they just made everything so easy ! I love how they did a pregnancy test before X-rays to be safe. The wait time was longer than if I'd had an appointment, but not very long at all for urgent care and the amount of people that were in that day. I ended up having to do physical therapy there three times a week for two weeks. The PT staff was very nice and the wait time was nonexistent. Overall the experience was great. I would definitely recommend Nove to anyone and it would also be my first choice for urgent care in the future.August 09, 2017by Leah Marie
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Will never come back for a DOT physical. After waiting 2 1/2 hours to get in, the doctor (who wouldn't listen to a thing my husband had to say) said my husband needed a sleep study "which is federal law". It is NOT and never has been law to get a sleep study. It was a proposed law 9 years ago which to this date has never passed. In fact, about a week ago the law has been withdrawn AGAIN since they do not have enough research to prove it needs to be a law. The paper they gave him showed that after taking a sleep study, they would give him a 90 day physical until his results came back, which was INCORRECT. So the Conroe office put him (and me, we're team drivers) out of work for 3 months, everyone in there (including their paperwork) states different rules which no one can agree on, and when trying to understand what needed to be done, was implied that we were 1. Stupid 2. Lying about the paper THEY gave us with THEIR name on it 3. Treated very rudely. After going to another doctor (who actually LISTENED) somewhere else and explaining the situation he was deemed not a safety hazard and given a 3 month physical pending the sleep study results (which unofficially he has passed with no episodes, imagine that).
