  There's hardly any staff walking around and if they are, they're too busy to be able to help you I was trying to find a doctor/ doctor's office for my mom. What is the point of having so many front desks if you're not placing anyone there??? I was walking aimlessly so I ended up having to call the operator to figure out where the doctor's office was located. The operator was EXTREMELY rude, she was raising her voice when I had given her the name wrong at first. She then tells me it's too late, that the doctor doesn't have an office there, for blood work she needs to call for an appointment, etc. So I ask her who do I call to make the appointment for my mom's blood work, she proceeds to tell me(raising her voice btw) that she has told me already that it's late and it's closed. So rude and unprofessional, no front desk people. Is just crazy that there's no people in the front! It's a damn Hospital, there should be people in the front to be there for people who have questions!!! This is ridiculous since when do hospitals not work all day??!!
