- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This office does not believe in customer service -- they believe that patients are an inconvenience. Expect to beg and plead for a same day appointment. They close entirely for lunch and the phones go to an automated system that doesn't even allow you leave you a message. The phone system is a mess. Your only option for questions is to leave a message with for PA and wait for a call back. That call back will be at their convenience. Amazingly, if you use the option for "make an appointment" and complain a bit you magically get through to the PA. The doctors and PA's are very pleasant and knowledgeable, but they're failing horribly on the business and customer communication side.March 02, 2017by Customer Support
